The best way to think about something, is not only in the bad or the good, but to think about both. This helps in so many aspects of life and thought. You stop and think about the good things that balance the bad things out. Usually you have more good things then bad. I'm not saying you dont have those days where most of it was bad, but you still have one good thing. It could be a happy thought, or that one person who said hello to you and honestly listened to your answer, or it could be you talked to someone you loved and hasn't spooken to you in a long time. Whatever the case may be you always need to think about the good and the bad.
